The stadium is the foundation for a successful budgeting. Keep in mind that certain supporter groups expect certain seats, because a VIP would rather stay home then have a normal seat somewhere in the crowd. It is also pointless to extend the stadium on disposal, as you have to pay the foolowing incidentals:

Incidentals

Normal Stand: 0,60

Normal Seat: 0,90

Canopied Stand: 1,08

Canopied Seat: 1,50

VIP Seats: 2,70

Gains

The price for spectators are predefined and cannot be changed. You will receive the below gains per seat on each home match.

Normal Stand: 12

Normal Seat: 18

Canopied Stand: 22

Canopied Seat: 31

VIP Seats: 52

Attention: The gains are being shared 50:50 on friendly matches, and 60:40 on cup matches (home:away).

More spectators will come on derby matches, and highly interesting league matches. The better your team currently is, the more spectators will come visiting. The amount of spectators relate on the current position in the table, and the amount of fans and members.

Building costs

Those costs split in two parts: You have the fixed costs, which depend on the chosen size of your stadium:

to the size of 30,000 » 30,000

to the size of 40,000 » 50,000

to the size of 45,000 » 75,000

to the size of 50,000 » 120,000

to the size of 55,000 » 200,000

to the size of 60,000 » 300,000

to the size of 65,000 » 450,000

to the size of 70,000 » 650,000

to the size of 75,000 » 950,000

to the size of 80,000 » 1,300,000

to the size of 85,000 » 1,700,000

to the size of 90,000 » 2,100,000

to the size of 95,000 » 2,650,000

to the size of 100,000 » 3,100,000

to the size of 120,000 » 3,750,000

to the size of 120,000 » 4,500,000

Additional costs per seat/stand:

Normal Stand: 15

Normal Seat: 25

Canopied Stand: 30

Canopied Seat: 50

VIP Seats: 100

Construction period

The construction period depends on the amount of the additional seats which will be built. The duration will last between 1-30 days. Keep in mind that your stadium's capacity will increase about 15 % within the construction period.

Condition of the stadium/Refurbishment

The condition of the stadium is displayed in letters and percentage. Standard value for all is 100%, but the condition sinks on each home match, dependent on the amount of spectators.

There are 6 different conditions:

- excellent condition (to 90%)

- good condition (89 - 80%)

- mediocre condition (79 - 60%)

- moderate condition (59 - 40%)

- bad condition (39 - 20%)

- horrible condition (19 - 1%)

The condition has major influence on the amount of spectators, the better the stadium, the more people will come. So you are forced to refurbish your stadium once in a while, but keep in mind that part of the stadium (15%) cannot be used during that period. The refurbishment costs depend on the following factors:

- Condition of stadium

- Size of stadium

- Fixed costs

The worse your condition is, the more expensive the refurbishment gets, and the bigger the stadium the more expensive the fixed costs get. The job will also take longer!

Find the fixed costs below:
