Cheating on 90minutes means, trying to sell overpriced° players to either friends or a forbidden multiaccount (see GTC). Of course transfers on a "favor" for friends (so he does not need to pay the settlement) are also strictly forbidden. Whoever tries to cheat will face the consequences by either paying a severe fine, or being excluded from the game.
°Please keep in mind that overpriced refers to a way higher market price rather than the lowest bid, which is often way higher than the actual market price!
