General rules and regulations

GENERAL LEGAL PROVISIONS:

1. CONTRACT
This contract supersedes all previous written and oral contracts reached between the parties regarding the contractual purpose.

2. SPECIFICATIONS
The operator (subsequently only called 90-minutes.org) does not assume any responsibility for any possible delay, cancellation, false transmission or storage failure in communication between users or in connection with personalized fields.
In order to use the services, you need to ensure the access of the World Wide Web and all the corresponding technical devices, for example by means of a computer and modem or other technical equipment and to bear the additional fees arising in this context.

3. SUBSTANCES REQUIRING MANDATORY REGISTRATION
To use the services, you agree to (a) provide true, exact, current and complete information about yourself (the "Registration Data") according to the specification of the application form to make, and (b) to update the registration data to keep it true and to remain exact, current and complete. If any of the information you make is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if there should be a reason for 90-minutes.org to assume that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, 90-minutes.org is entitled to remove your user account ("account"), temporarily or permanently and to exclude you from any use of individual or all services at present and in future.

4. ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
After registering, you will receive a password and a name assigned to your account. You must ensure that no third party can get access to your account and password and to take full responsibility when dealing with all activities that occur by using your password or your account,. You are required to inform 90-minutes.org immediately of any fraudulent use that happened to your password or account or any other breach of security. 90-minutes.org will not assume any liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section 4.
Every user has only one account available. Multiple registrations are prohibited and may lead to a ban!

5. ASSIGNMENT OF BENEFICIAL USE TO THIRD PARTIES / MINORS
You acknowledge that the owner of an account is completely responsible for all activities that are performed on his account,. If you have another person, for example a minor who you allowed the use of your account, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for (i) the online behavior of users, (ii) the control of access and the use of services by the user, and (iii) the consequences resulting from any abuse.
Please keep in mind that the service should appeal to a broad audience. It may therefore contain material that is inappropriate for minors. Accordingly, it is your responsibility to determine as the legal agent, whether and if so, which of the services and /or content are suitable for your child.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF MEMBERS
The responsibility for all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ( "content") that are publicly posted or privately transmitted, lies with the person where such content comes from. This means that you, and not 90-minutes.org-, bear the entire responsibility for any content that you type in ( "upload"), publish, send by e-mail or transmit otherwise by using the service. 90-minutes.org basically does not control the content that you transmit via the service and therefore, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. You are aware that by using the services you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or in any other way objectionable.
90-minutes.org is under no circumstances liable for any content, in particular for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in connection with content, nor for any loss or damage, unless they are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty of the user caused by the use of any content, which was published, posted, was sent via e-mail or otherwise transmitted by the service.

You may not in the context of the use of the services:

a) publish data, text, images, files, links, software or other content, which are according to estimates by the 90-minutes.org unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, provoking hatred, racist or otherwise open to criticism;
b) act as another person as far as the services are concerned, e.g as a representative of 90-minutes.org or otherwise for someone who is in charge of the services, or pretend a non-existing relationship with such persons;
c) type in the content, transmitted via e-mail or otherwise violate the rights of third parties, particularly patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets or other proprietary rights;
d) enter any material, publish, transmit via e-mail or otherwise which contains software viruses or any other information, files or programs that are intended or likely to interrupt the operation of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment, to destroy or to limit them;
e) harass, threaten, defame anyone, no matter if it is a natural, legal person or person as a whole, or get her/him into trouble or cause embarrassment or inconvenience to her/him in any way;
f) collect or store personal data about other users or;
g) scripts, additional programs or other tools to use. Any use of scripts, additional programs or other tools without prior approval by 90-minutes.org are expressly prohibited. A violation of this prohibition may result in immediate cancellation / closure of accounts. As a user, they are only entitled to use the service via a standard web browser;

7. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL USE
In theface of the global nature of internet, you are obliged to comply with all applicable national and international rules regarding online behavior and the legality and appropriateness of content. In particular, they explain that you will comply with all applicable laws regarding the export of technical data.

8. NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You may not copy the use of the services or any part thereof, nor their use or access to services, reproduce, emulate, sell, resell or exploit them for any commercial purposes whatsoever, unless expressly permitted by 90-minutes.org.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
90-minutes.org reserves the right to suspend any or all services at any time with or without notice to the user, either to temporarily or permanently modify, or discontinue. You agree that 90-minutes.org cannot be hold liable for neither you nor any third party in terms of any modification, interruption or discontinuation of each or all services.

10. TERMINATION
You can deactivate your account at any time for any reason whatsoever. Therefore it is enough to no longer log in for a few weeks. The account will be automatically deleted from the system. 90-minutes.org will then clear the stored data. You agree that even 90-minutes.org in its sole discretion and for whatever reason, may terminate your user password, your account (or any part thereof) or any other use of the services from your part. Besides, it may delete any content. This is especially true if you have not used the service for some time, or if 90-minutes.org assumes that you have violated the general terms and conditions or that important basic ideas of these terms have not been followed by you. You will agree that any disruption of your access to the service in accordance with the provisions of this contract may be effected without prior notice, and that 90-minutes.org files your account and all related information, in order to shut down immediately and delete and / or prevent any other access to such files or the services. Furthermore, you will agree that 90-minutes.org cannot be held liable towards you or towards third parties for the termination of access leading to the services.

11. LINKS
90-minutes.org or third parties may provide links to other websites ( "sites") or sources. Since 90-minutes.org has no control over such sites and sources, 90-minutes.org is not responsible or liable for the availability of such external sites or sources. Moreover, it does not adopt contents as their own on or via such sites or sources and excludes any liability or warranty with respect to these. Hence, 90-minutes.org cannot be directly or indirectly held responsible for any damage or loss, arising out of it or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, or by goods or services that have been the result from it which have been purchased by such external sites or sources.

12. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY
a. The use of the services is at your own risk. The services are offered in each of 90-minutes.org configurations which are considered to be suitable and subject to availability.
b. 90-minutes.org does not warrant that the services correspond to requirements at any time without interruption, on schedule, in a secure or error-free way. 90-minutes.org assumes no warranty as to the results that can be obtained through the use of the services, as to the accuracy and reliability of information obtained through the service, or ensure that the quality of services received in connection with the goods, services or equivalent information will come up to your expectations. Besides, 90 minutes.org does not guarantee that hardware and software used for the services are working exactly at all times or that any errors in hardware or software are corrected.
c. Any advice or information that you receive by the service, whether written or oral is no guarantee given by 90-minutes.org, except if otherwise expressly agreed on.

13. CHANGES TO THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
90-minutes.org reserves the right to change these terms for the future or to complete them. You will always be especially noted, if any amendments or additions to these terms and conditions will be made. The amended or completed terms only apply if you use services from 90-minutes.org after receipt of the notice.

14. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
If any provision of this agreement is supposed to be ineffective or void by law, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this contract.
